Latest San Diego Real Estate Market Data: January 2022
Have you noticed how little inventory we currently have? There are so few homes on market right now; not to say now isn’t a good time to buy, you just need to be smart in your game plan.
In north county coastal San Diego (Del Mar, Carmel Valley, Solana Beach, Cardiff, & Encinitas real estate market), there were 124 active listings and 165 homes sold in October, November had 107 active listings/150 sales, December had 80 active listings with 129 homes sold. The last quarter saw less inventory on market and homes sold which is pretty typical for this time of year.
