Jaycees Annual Christmas Parade at 2pm on W. Grand Ave., Escondido, CA.
This the 70th annual Jaycees Escondido Christmas Parade in downtown, historic Escondido. A fun, family event.
Holiday ‘Parade Of Lights’ from 7 to 9pm at Oceanside Harbor, Oceanside, CA. @visitoceanside
A fun spectacle with boats of all shapes and sizes decorated in their finest holiday attire, including lights, ornaments and lots of holiday trimmings. In addition many of the captains and boat crews dress up in their holiday best, with a few jolly Santas joining to take part in the festive parade celebration.
Winter Express Experience from 9 to 11am (Sat. & Sun.) at the San Diego Model Railroad Museum in Balboa Park. @sdmodelrailroadmuseum
This ticketed before-hours event will immerse children with special holiday activities around the museum, running Christmas trains (including one YOU help make!), and storytime with St. Nick himself. After Santa goes back to the North Pole, enjoy a day of museum admission.
San Diego Bay Parade of Lights from San Diego to Coronado. Parade begins at 5:30 at Shelter Island and runs to 7:30pm ending at the Coronado Ferry Landing. @sdparadeoflights
The San Diego Bay Parade of Lights brings more than 100,000 San Diego residents and visitors to the shores of San Diego Bay each year. The procession of approximately 80 lavishly decorated boats has become one of the most iconic events in the region. There is no cost to view the parade.

Fun for the whole family. Local vendors will be showcasing an assortment of handmade gifts, giving the community the chance to knock out all their holiday shopping needs. Plus, Santa will be returning to the East Village to spread holiday cheer to all the boys and girls, so be sure to stop by to capture the perfect holiday picture with the man of the season! The Christmas tree lighting will take place at 5:45 p.m. at Quartyard.
