The free fest starts at 10 a.m. Saturday and Sunday and features a lantern parade, along with traditional dance, food and music.
Paid admission includes: treats to feed the mini sheep. 2 apple treats for camels. Children under 4 years do not feed apple treats during OPEN FARM PUBLIC TOURS. Camel Rides can also be purchased when at the dairy for guests ages 4 and up under 200 lbs.

Coastal Roots Farm Annual Tu B’Shvat Food Forest Festival from 11am to 3pm at Coastal Roots Farm, 441 Saxony Rd, Encinitas, CA, 92024. @coastalrootsfarm
To celebrate the “Birthday of the Trees,” the Farm emphasizes the importance of combating climate change. This year’s theme is “Enter the Forest;” the event will feature hands-on activities for all ages, such as Food Forest tree maintenance, climate change education, delicious local food, and drinks by Sabor Piri-Piri, Hangry Louies, Local Roots Kombucha, and Pure Brewing. A Kid Zone will also be hosted with Tu B’Shvat themed crafts, stories, and microscope activities.
Artists will be working on art for a live auction going on during the performance with proceeds going to Leuadia 101 Mainstreet Association. Artists include Possible Sea, Seaweed and Gravel, Sons Art Studio and more. There will be music and beverages provided by Viewpoint Brewing.
